I invested in a fry/vegetable cutter a few weeks ago. I just stink at cutting fries all nice and even. I think I paid about 10 bucks on Amazon. Just put the whole potato in and press it through the blades. It has a small and large attachment. Ever since I made my first batch of these, my husband told me to never buy frozen french fries again. These are quick to make, you can season them however you want, and are healthier since you are making them from scratch. Not to mention they aren’t processed with any additional junk. This will also save you money. Potatoes are always inexpensive.
