Menu for the week of 4/9/12
I’m making the delicious rustic cheese and rosemary bread today. It makes the entire house smell great. I have some new things planned this week including new appetizers, salmon with tarragon sauce, and crispy potatoes with spicy aioli. I bought some blue cheese crumbles (with a coupon of course!) to make blue cheese dressing next week as well.
It was our monthly shopping trip yesterday, we saved $89 between Safeway deals, in store coupons, manufacturers coupons. Not too shabby, it was 29% of our bill.
Monday: Sausage Rigatoni with garlic bread
Tuesday: Salmon with tarragon sauce, rice, veggie
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Grilled kielbasa, cheesy tater bites, veggie
Friday: Herb pork chops with carmalized shallots, spicy aioli potatoes, veggie
Saturday: Appetizer plate (new recipes loaded fries Outback style and taco corn fritters)
Sunday: Honey spiced chicken drums, mashed potatoes, veggie, cheddar beer bread
