This spicy sauce can be found at DC’s Tune Inn. It was featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive Ins and Dives not too long ago. I found the recipe but it was huge so I made it much more manageable. It’s great with fries and chicken, two things I tried it out with so far. I also found out my son likes it! Hurray for him enjoying horseradish!

Bonton Sauce (Big Recipe)

Ingredients:

4 cups Mayonnaise
4 cups Ketchup
1/2 cup Black Pepper
1/2 cup Paprika
1 cup Horseradish

Bonton Sauce (normal size)

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 Tablespoon horseradish
Black pepper and paprika to taste

Mix everything together in a bowl. Let sit an hour or overnight for flavors to meld. Enjoy!
