Menu for the week of 7/16/2012
This month is just flying by, which is ok by me! I love the cooler and cold weather of fall/winter. It’s also much easier to cook when you aren’t sweating while baking. While at Wegmans yesterday morning I discovered (the child is up at the crack of dawn and Wegmans opens at 6am) they have rendered duck fat! This will make my potatoes taste even more delicious. I plan on picking some up on your next shopping trip in a couple of weeks.
Monday: Parmesan chicken nuggets, homemade fries, veggie
Tuesday: Fish sticks, pecorino fries, veggie
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Chicken sausage, cheesy tater bites, veggie
Friday: Homemade pizzas
Saturday: Appetizer night
Sunday: Crispy baked drums, pecorino fries, veggie, something new for a bread/biscuit.
