Wegmans finally opened a store here in Columbia. We are planning to check it out on the 29th for our monthly shopping trip. I can’t wait! It will be a little date for us since we’ll go after we take Eli to preschool.

Monday: One pot chicken potato bake, veggie

Tuesday: Crispy flounder, rice, veggie

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Kielbasa, cheesy tater bites, peas

Friday: Beef tacos, Mexican rice, Mexican corn cake, (not) refried beans

Saturday: Slow cooker ribs, pecorino fries, veggie

Sunday: Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, veggie, rustic bread
