We’re taking the day off on Thursday to drive up to PA to do a few fun things. Otherwise it’s a normal week. For Father’s Day I’m cooking my husband a nice steak and baked potato. His other favorite is taco ring, but the  I didn’t have a coupon for the crescents this month nor were they on sale.

Monday: Beef stroganoff

Tuesday: Tilapia, rice, veggie

Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatsauce, garlic bread

Thursday: Kielbasa, cheesy tater bites, veggie

Friday: Parmesan chicken nuggets, homemade fries, veggie, blue cheese dipping sauce

Saturday: Mini Pizzas

Sunday: Steak, baked potatoes, veggie
