Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients:

1 pint strawberries

2 cups of dark or semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Once melted and smooth, dip each strawberry into the chocolate until covered to the leaves. Place on a plate covered in parchment paper and let harden in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
