Vacation time is almost here! We took Wednesday-Friday off. We plan on going to the movies, cleaning out some junk to take to the dump, take Eli to a farm, cooking some new things, Spring cleaning, and some relaxing. Our landlords are replacing our kitchen window at some point during the week so we’ll have to be home for that.

Monday: Chicken tacos, black bean tacos, Mexican rice, corn cake

Tuesday: Salmon, rice, veggie

Wednesday: Dinner out

Thursday: Appetizer night (trying out a new dip)

Friday: Slow cooker ribs, fries, veggie

Saturday: Pork terryaki, bean tacos, Mexican rice

Sunday: Crispy drums, pecorino fries, veggie, biscuits
